Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligible Items

Apparel & Gear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Supplements & Nutrition Products: Must be unopened and unused, with the factory seal intact. For your safety and per health regulations, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — including all shipping costs — at no expense to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements and consumable products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at platinumappstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and the correct return shipping address. (Please do not ship returns without authorization, as items may ship back to a different facility than they arrived from.)
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / no longer needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you have not received your refund, contact us at platinumappstore@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, a different size) is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at platinumappstore@gmail.com and we will track it down or make it right with a replacement or refund.
