Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. (Shipping to PO Boxes may not be available for all items; if we're unable to ship to your address, we will contact you within 1 business day.)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is generally 6–11 business days.
Some items in your order may ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment — you're never charged extra for split shipments.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable shipping charges are shown in full at checkout — no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number(s). If you don't receive tracking within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at platinumappstore@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will locate your package or make it right with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at platinumappstore@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address if the order hasn't shipped. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect customer-provided address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage for a free replacement or full refund. See our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.
